How is everyone? We hope that everyone is safe and well at this time. We are unable to deliver classes at the moment but we hope that we will be delivering soon. Stay home, stay safe everyone!

Due to the effects of the Covid 19 Pandemic. All face to face and group delivery is currently suspended. We are now developing a range of online platforms for delivery to our most vulnerable grouse and for those in isolation. All updates will be posted as soon as possible and can also be found on our Facebook page. We ask for your patience while we make all necessary changes. If you are already enrolled on one of our courses in County Durham we are looking at ways to enable those courses to continue and will have a further update by Monday April 6th. All participants will be contacted directly! We ask all participants and clients to follow the guidelines set by the Government to support the NHS and save lives:
Stay at home
Only go outside for food, health reasons or work (but only if you cannot work from home)
If you go out, stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people at all times
\Wash your hands as soon as you get home
Do not meet others, even friends or family. You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms.
Most importantly please stay safe

Legs will be provided four community sessions before Christmas in various community venues around south shields. Sessions will be in dance, circuits, aerobics and Zumba all with a Christmas theme. Sessions are for children age 5-12 and must live in the south shields area. For more information please contact james@legscic.com

Legs have been awarded the Commissioners Community Fund to run a 16 week project that raises awareness of racism and hate crime.
Dare will be working in 3 schools Byker Primary in Newcastle, Willowfields Primary in Sunderland and Holy Trinity CE academy in South Shields delivering Multicultural dance. These sessions have started this week and we can’t wait to see the project progress.

Legs Summer School
We would like to thank all the children who took part in the two Summer Schools we held at Westoe Community Centre over the children’s holidays. The children loved the different sessions and all learnt new skills. ‘I loved everything! My favourite parts were going outside, hula hooping, hip hop, gymnastics and art’ – Summer Pescod, age 10 ‘My favourite part was the hip hop dance. I liked getting the mats out and doing gymnastics it was fun’ – Lily Walton, age 10 ‘I loved learning gymnastics that I had never done before. My favourite part was the gymnastics dance’ – Jasmin Main, age 7 We look forward to seeing you all again.
